This is a new Lionel #610-0103-100 DC electronic e unit purchased from Lionel. Even though the number is not imprinted on the board, it is the item Lionel sends when the number 600-0103-100, 600-0103-001, 610-0103-100 or 610-0103-001 is ordered from them. These e units are the standard for most dc can motored steamers and diesel locomotives.  Even though the board is brand new, I unpack it, add an spdt mini switch to the blue and white wires for the direction cycling circuit, test for complete functionality and repack in an anti-static bag. I also include a sheet showing typical wiring.
