Titanium skewers do not have to cost a small fortune. These Redland Titanium Road and MTB quick release skewers are proof of that. Precision machined 7075 alloy handle with 9mm titanium axle make these compatible with Road, Triathlon, Cyclocross, Gravel, and Mountain Bikes.The Front axle spacing is standard 100mm and rear is at 135mm. On older road frames, you would generally want to use a 130mm rear skewer, however newer carbon frames have wider outside dimensions on the outside of the dropout. Typically due to extra carbon build-up by the manufacturer. We found the length on these skewers to be as universal as possible.
